In early July, we met Mr.Yusuf Amiry and he showed us 2 of his company listings. We were not serious and did not have any imminent need for a property at that time. We were impressed by his patience and knowledge of the communities we're interested. Early this month, we requested Yusuf to arrange viewing of 8 units in 2 communities, he was very detailed in each showing and drove us around the communities in between. Then he tabled the pros and cons of our favorite units, and advised how a strong offer could be made to the seller. His views are very professional and stemmed from buyer's benefit standpoint. He was efficient and effective in liaising with the other side before submitting an offer. We were so happy that we were able to confirm the purchase of an ideal property with a reasonable price within a week. We were worry free as Yusuf has taken good care of everything such as all deficiencies reported in home inspection to be fixed by seller before completion. Yusuf is an excellent realtor! His experience, accurate knowledge, commitment and honesty is admiring. Selling and buying property is stressful and very complicated at times and having a good advise and expertise is very important. Yusuf helped us sell our property and find us a new home.
