Originally from Afghanistan, he and his family moved to Russia when he was eight years old. While in there, his family were met with the opportunity to move to Canada for a better life and they made the move in 2007. Yusuf has lived in different neighbourhoods of Vancouver’s Tri-Cities area since 2007 and is well familiar with everything the area provides. In 2017, he moved to Sullivan Heights area of Surrey with his wife. Living in Surrey allowed him to learn firsthand all about Surrey and its surrounding cities in the Fraser Valley. Yusuf moved back to the beautiful city of Port Moody in 2021 after buying his own dream house, which he fully renovated using his construction knowledge. His diverse background has resulted in Yusuf speaking in fluent English, Farsi and Russian.
Yusuf is a dedicated father to his 3-year old adorable son and a loving husband to his intelligent wife. During his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, connecting with his friends, working on his house projects, and exercising.
